Good Morning,
Happy Wednesday! Happy March! Happy Day! I am so excited to be here for another day with you! This is such a wonderful learning journey, and I feel so lucky everyday to be your teacher! Today we will have another guest reader. Being able to learn and hear from people in our community is a gift, and we need to cherish this gift and take in all that these guests have to share with us! What is your favorite Dr. Seuss book? Why is this your favorite book? Also, what does it mean to have integrity? Describe a situation where you noticed that someone in our class showed integrity, but don't say that person's name. Also, have you checked in with your goal buddy lately to see if he/she is meeting their goal(s)? If you haven't, please do! Maybe include some words of encouragement in your morning message response.

Good Morning,
Happy Tuesday!! Today we will be having a guest reader come into our classroom. This guest reader is not a teacher, so she will not be used to stopping and asking kids follow the expectations if they are not. We are going to have to use our social contract, and hold each other accountable to show her the highest level of respect possible. What pieces of our social contract will we be using today? We will also be having an author visit the school, I can't wait to hear from her! Her name is Laurie Mckay, please google her to find out more about what books she has written. Write one of her book titles down that you think looks interesting. Today's Schedule: 8:45-9:15-- Morning Procedures (unpack, get pencils, use the restroom, complete morning message, Complete pen pal letter or work on our door) 9:15-9:30-- Morning Meeting (please be mindful of how your decisions are affecting others, and be fair). 9:30-10:00-- Intervention-- click to view today's intervention schedule 10:00-10:45-- Block 1 10:45-11:30-- Guest Author 11:30-12:00-- Block 1 12:00-12:30-- Lunch 12:30-1:00-- Recess 1:00-1:45-- Guest reader 1:45-3:00-- Block 2 3:00-3:45-- Specials 3:45-- Dismissal Good Morning,

Happy Thursday!! Yesterday we were able to walk in the hallway, and dismiss ourselves from lunch independently. How do you think we handled it as a class? Do you think we were able to act responsible while we were independently managing ourselves? Why or why not? Did you finish Number The Stars? If you did write a short summary about chapter 14,15,16,an 17. Do you like Stone Fox, Soft Rain, or Number The Stars better? Why or why not? Good Morning,
Happy Wednesday! I am so excited to be here another day with you :) Please share one thing you love about being apart of our classroom community, and one thing that we can ALL do together as a class that would make our classroom a better place. Good Morning,
Happy Tuesday!! Yesterday we began to organize our agenda's for our weekly learning. Tell me how you feel about organizing and managing your own learning using the agenda's. Do you think you will like to organize this way? Why or why not? Good Morning!! Happy Monday!! I am so excited to be here with you for another awesome week of learning! Tell me something good about your weekend ;)
We are only 3 letters away from earning our independence back! What have you done to show your PAWS and help our community be responsible? What do you notice still needs to be done (from yourself, or others) that would help our community be more independent. Also, we have new laptops for the classroom (YAY!!!) We now have 2 desktop computers, and 11 laptops. Please share how we as a community can care for these materials to make them last as long as possible, also please share a computer rule you feel everyone should be responsible for following. Let's have an awesome day!! Good Morning!! Happy Friday!!!!
