Good morning wonderful students,
On your desks you will find 2 new composition notebooks. Please use a sharpie and write your name on both. Then write Reading Homework on one, and Math homework on the other. I will explain how we will use these notebooks in our morning meeting. We will be voting on our 4th grade vice presidential candidates this morning. If you were someone who was nominated, make sure you have a speech prepared and be ready to share it during intervention today. Monday's are a great day to make a goal!! Think about what you would like to accomplish this week, and try and make a goal that will challenge you. Try making 2 goals, a personal goal and an academic goal.

Hey awesome students!! This week was a GREAT week! I had so much fun playing Kahoot yesterday!
Reflect on your week: 1. How well did you show your PAWS this week? 2. What could you do next week to better show your PAWS? 3. What academically were you most successful with? 4. What do you still need help with? 5. What was your favorite thing that happened this week. When we came back from track out, we reviewed our social contract.
Take a moment to glance back over our social contract. Give some details about what we have done as a community to meet the social contract, and some things that we should probably work on. Remember to use the RAP strategy, and answer in complete sentences. When you finish, you need to work on Achieve 3000. Your 2 articles are due tomorrow! Daniel and Kaitlyn, you may choose a quiet may do activity! Great job at finishing your achieve 3000 articles early!! George, you have done a great job and completed many articles, but I need you to finish the ones that I assigned for this week. - Ms. Furuto Hey Ya'll,
I have been thinking hard about how we could make our daily 5 time more engaging. I talked to some of your third grade teachers, and they shared about lots of projects that you guys were able to complete last year. What ideas do you have for our daily 5 time that would make your learning more exciting? Also, please remember that this morning time is a silent time. Once you sit down in your seat, please stay there and be sure you complete the morning message. Let's have a GREAT day!! - Ms. Furuto |
